Submission Deadline: Friday, 31 May 2019
The Safari Court Hotel & Conference Centre is the Namibia’s largest Conference Centre situated in the Capital City, Windhoek. This magnificent state-of-the-art Conference Centre offers sixteen venues of different sizes which can be flexibly configured for any conference or banqueting requirements ranging from 10 to 2400 participants. Situated on the Ground Floor and the Lower Ground Floor in the Safari Court Hotel, 12 more venues of different sizes can accommodate between 10 and 90 delegates. Adjacent to the Beergarden of Hotel Safari is a beautiful venue which can be divided in two of which one hall opens up on a patio towards the pool and the garden with 2 smaller boardroom-like venues and one larger hall with pre-assembly area.

The venue is more than enough not only to host an exhibition (expo) of assistive technology products categorized into six thematic areas, but to also concurrently host smaller workshops, round-tables and/or lectures (with approximately eight break-away sessions of about 50 participants each), together attracting more than 500 delegates from within and outside Southern Africa.
